Our motivation for founding Tee Care Agency stemmed from witnessing the profound impact of burnout within the support industry. We aim to continuously create space where individuals with diverse abilities and their allies can genuinely enjoy and appreciate their contributions while receiving the support they have the right to.
We recognize that a work culture that fills us with pride enhances our ability to address the unique challenges our industry brings. Allow us to take care of our colleagues, and in turn, our colleagues will take care of you and your loved ones.
Our mission is to provide personalised support to individuals from all disability backgrounds with our participant's needs and preference at the forefront.

We support participants to engage in activities through established networks in the community.
Assistance with Daily Living
Domestic assistance focuses on general cleaning, making beds, feeding pets, laundry, and more.
Assistance with Attending Events
Our Support Workers can assist Participants with access to events, provide transport and support to attend.
Education Support
Our Support Workers are highly qualified individuals. They can support participants in achieving education goals at school, college, or work.
Grocery Shopping
Our Support Workers can assist participants with creating grocery lists and can travel with participants to local shops together.
Meal Preperation
Our Support Workers will endeavour to understand our Participantās favourite meals and encourage healthy eating habits.
It is always reaffirming to have Support Workers around who are experienced and passionate about what they do. We will always prioritize in customizing our services to suit individual needs and requests.

Navigating around NDIS plans and services can get a little tricky sometimes! Our trusty Support Coordinators are here to share their expert knowledge with participants and their allies + simplifying the process.

Its two months now since TEE Care Agency supported me with community activities. I lost all my identification in last year flooding. TEE Care Agency Support worker Inder (Parminder) helped me to get all my identification sorted. He helped me with all my appointments at Centrelink to Department of Birth Death and Marriages and more. I give TEE Care Agency five star.
